Where the money goes

Oxfam Australia

Kampong Phneur village, Cambodia

Oxfam Australia is an independent, not-for-profit, secular, community-based aid and development organisation.

Our vision is of a fair world in which people control their own lives, their basic rights are achieved and the environment is sustained.

The Oxfam Australia website gives an insight into the work we engage in day-to-day, including our international programs and campaigning work.

We work in partnership with local communities to increase the number of people who have a sustainable livelihood, access to social services, an effective voice in decisions, safety from conflict and disaster, and equal rights and status.

For every $1 you donate

76c is used to directly support our development programs around the world ...
a further 17c is invested to generate future income
with only 7c spent on essential administration. For further information, please see our Annual Report.
