Ok, this may be the last messge we get out to you all so firstly we would like to thank everyone that has supported Team AKEN (in any way). We could not do it without you and your support. We are as ready as we will be and it is up to us now, just hope that one of the team members can make it with us as she is carrying a slight injury. But being a trooper, she would not want to let the team down or the cause. Let's do it Team AKEN!!!!

Team AKEN - Yes we are back again
After a successful 2006 campaign involving lots of walking, talking, drinking, laughing, crying, and friendship (not to mention the wee stops) the team successfully completed the Trailwalk. So we decided to come back and prove it was not a one off. Motto is "Follow Me If You're AKEN". Stimulate us please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
