Post walk contemplations
We were successful in completing the walk again this year. We had five people in the team this year and all five finished. Remarkably Tanya, who joined the team at the last minute and had only one training walk the weekend before, finished the walk with no side effects except for the out of body sleep deprivation. Gary successfully completed the walk despite having significant musculoskeletal pain earlier in the year which stopped him from training. Jeff came all the way from Hong Kong to participate and finished despite severe muscle cramps early in the walk. Annie and Karl had now completed five walks and are into the veterans list. A great team of people to share a walk through some of the most beautiful bushland around Sydney. Thank you all for your support. Until next time. Somnambulists
