North Face 100
Sarah, Deanne and Tracey decided to enter the North Face 100 as part of our training program. This event is a 100km run/walk up and down every single mountain in the Sydney Blue Mountains (or so it seemed!). We all have very big smiles because we blasted through those mountains and did so much better than we thought we would.

The training begins.....
Our first serious training walk was on Sunday 26 April beginning at Green Cape Lighthouse and ending at Boyds Tower. It was 30kms along beautiful headland, south of Eden.
