Trail Training Session 2

This session saw us tackle stage 2 from Cowan to Berowra. We started early on saturday morning and covered the steep wet course in just over 3hrs. As you can see Rob went out gnoming the night before and picked up a little friend to come along.....

Well first day on the trail for the mighty GFC Swine Pirates. We covered stage 1, Brooklyn to Cowan, and got a good feel for the terrain which can be described as......Steep. Note for next time the beer at Brookly is cold, clean and delicious....
