Introducing.........MAD DOGS

post image

Introducing the ‘Mad Dogs’ (you can interpret the name as we’re mad for walking 100km, or just because we’ll be the maddest dogs on the track) as a team, and to keep you updated with our training, our fundraising efforts and some information about the Oxfam Trailwalker we will be undertaking. Oxfam Trailwalker is an enormous and tough team challenge. The challenge is to get your team of four across 100km of Australian bush in less than 48 hours - and, collectively, to raise money to help to overcome poverty and suffering around the world. This year Oxfam Trailwalker Sydney will see the ‘Mad Dogs’ walk 100km on the weekend of 27-29 August, principally on the Great North Walk, walking from Hawkesbury to the Harbour. The ‘Mad Dogs’ are looking forward to walking for such a good cause. A team can not be successful with out a fantastic support crew. If you think we’re mad, and have no desire in walking 100km, but want to help us along the way – we’d love you to join our ‘Support Crew’. We hope that you enjoy this ‘journey’ with us (I can’t say that word seriously anymore after Year 12 English). Mad Dogs xx
