So it begins 07 December

We hit the track for the first time for Trailwalker 2009.... CP4 to 6 was our route and it was great to get out there and clear the cobwebs (both in nature and for our bodies). The perfect weather made the early 7.30am start a little easier and the 3 of us in Victoria this weekend got the 16.7km done with no drama at all. Leonie has already been deemed our nutrition and training guru and for some reason we again let Ros take the map. We can't wait to see what Mary brings to the group and of course if I ever stop talking. Deb
