Thanks to everyone who was involved in and came to our Oxfam Fundraising Concert!! It was a great night - featuring some amazing musicians from our band! I was in awe to see them 'doing their thing'. We raised $800 which is fantastic - and we split this between our team and STAB - the other team from work. A special thanks to Brett Long from Oxfam. He came along especially to be interviewed by our MC - Troy McMillin. Thanks also to the Richmond Uniting Church - a fantastic venue! Intimate, warm, ambient and great accoustically. We had such a great time, that we hope to do another concert next year!

Come to our Fundraising Concert!! Being 4 extreme muso's, we thought it fitting to host a concert as part of our fundraising efforts to reach our $1000 pledge towards Oxfam. The concert will feature all 4 QuarterTone team members, supported by fellow colleagues from the Air Force Band. Musical extremes - from Classical to Jazz, Local to World, & featuring a quasi-heavy-metal Bass Clarinet Quartet... How curious? Off the Beaten Track... Tickets are $20 / $15 - full proceeds will be contributed to Oxfam. If you cant make it - in a different state...country...planet - then maybe you might like to donate a couple of $'s!
