We're on the Board!!!
Average Joe's have finally got their bums into gear and got some fundraising dollars! In conjunction with Elise from team K-NEM & Shelley donating her always popular 'Heavenly Cupcakes', an afternoon tea was held at Porter Davis with people donating to the Oxfam cause. The afternoon tea was a big success with $75 being raised for Average Joe's! A BIG thank you to all of those that donated and we will no doubt give this another crack in the New Year. -Loz

Training Begins!
Well the Average Joe's have embarked on their second training session today. We tackled part of the course from Lysterfield Lake to Grants Picnic Ground. While it wasn't easy (those hills were not fun at all!) meetings with follow Oxfamers made it that bit easier to get through. The highlight however, was our bearded friend we met near Nixons Lane - thanks for the hop tip with the Lyre Birds buddy...!!! Looking forward to our next session and we will be sure to keep this up to date with our progress and antics on our next adventure. - Loz :)
