Sponsorship books

As a registered team member you will be issued with a sponsorship book for recording and receipting personal donations (these are sent to the Team Leader in the registration pack). Carry it around with you everywhere as you never know when you'll find someone wanting to sponsor you.
Your sponsorship book is a great tool in face to face fundraising as you can give a tax deductible receipt for donations over $2 to your donor on the spot. It is therefore important to fill out all receipt details carefully, including the stub which remains in the book.
Please take the time to read the instructions in your sponsorship book. It is important that you complete the sponsorship summary correctly before sending your book back to us, with cheques and/or credit card amounts that reconcile with the amount of donations recorded.
Please do not send cash to us in the mail. Please see the instructions in the book before you reconcile and return your collected donations to us.
You are legally required to return your Sponsorship Book to Oxfam Australia, even if it isn't used.
